For marketing messages, we will ask you directly for explicit opt-in consent through a separate mechanism, such as a checkbox.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after opting in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information, at any time by:

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is stored through a secure data storage system.

Payment Information:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is stored securely and encrypted following the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored as long as necessary to complete your transaction and then deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for transactions. We recommend that you review their privacy policies.

If you engage with third-party services, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which they operate. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from being lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we comply with PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 – GDPR & USER RIGHTS

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU residents may exercise specific rights regarding their personal data. Bankful employs compliance measures to ensure an adequate level of protection when transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
